Payments:
For all contracted services, advance payment is required to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance can be paid prior to departure from your place or upon arrival in Kerala, but before commencing services. Managing agents have the right to determine the amount to be paid as a deposit depending on the nature of the service and the time remaining to start the service.
In some cases during high season (Diwali, Christmas, and New Year) such as hotels or resorts, booking taxis and houseboats, full payment must be made in advance. Payment method:
You can make an advance payment by bank transfer or Google pay to our bank.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation of tours/travel services for avoidable/unavoidable reasons, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation rates are effective from the date we receive written notice and the cancellation rates are as follows:
45 days before arrival: 10% of the cost of the tour/ travel service
15 days before arrival: 25% of the cost of the tour/ travel service
07 days before arrival: 50% of the cost of the tour/ travel service
48 hours before arrival or no display: No refund
Note: Written cancellations will be accepted on all business days except Sunday and any cancellations sent on Sunday will be considered the next business day (Monday).
Payments for the Christmas and New Year period from December 20 to January 05 are non- refundable.
If you cancel the trip after it has started, the refund will be limited to a limited amount, based on how much we can recover from hotel, cab & houseboat as clients. We are not responsible for refunds for unused hotel accommodation, transportation, and missed meals.
Our responsibilities and limitations:
If there is an increase in entrance fees for monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost, or guide fees after the cost of the tour/service is finalized, The Indian government will charge extra.
travel measure is limited to the capacity of the agent of hotels, carriers, houseboats and contractors providing other services, and all purchase orders, receipts, contracts and tickets provided by us are subject to under the terms and conditions of these services All trip details are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the itinerary. Many factors, such as weather, road conditions, and the physical ability of participants, may suggest travel changes before the tour or on the sidewalk. We reserve the right to change any schedule for the safety, comfort and general well-being of those travelling.
Our rates are based on the current rates we have discussed with hotels, taxis and houseboats. They reserve the right to revise prices without notice. If there are any such changes, we may change the rates listed prior to the upgrade, as well as upgrades to hotels, boats and taxis. All hotel reservations are based on regular check-in and hotel schedules until stated on the trip.
Natural disasters, flight cancellations, accidents, machinery or equipment breakdowns, traffic failures, weather conditions, illnesses, landslides, political closures or any untoward incident
We are not responsible for any personal loss, property or any other loss, injury or damage related to accommodation, transportation or other services, as a result of which - directly or indirectly - any act, accident, fire, accident machinery or equipment, wrecks, civil war, etc. Disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, heartbeats, infectious diseases, medical or customs regulations, malfunctions or any other cause beyond our control.
We do not have an insurance policy covering accidents, illnesses, and loss due to theft or any other cause. Visitors are advised to seek such insurances in their country. All baggage and personal effects are always at the risk and peril of the customer.
